The Siding Doctor

There was nothing they felt short of because we were here managing with them the entire time. We were here everyday they were working and they were very attentive. If there was something wrong they fixed it right away. I was most satisfied with the overall completion.

There are a few people I would like to recognize. Paul Barren, the crew manager, he was a super fantastic guy. Doug, the senior window installer and his associate Eric, they were both super fantastic. Also, the Portuguese crew that did the siding, painting, and the back deck, were super fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves, kept the site clean, and communicated with me. Every time they came they asked if they missed anything the previous day. Lastly I would like to recognize Jeff. He did the original quote and he was the one who negotiated the entire contract. As a business owner, I was very satisfied with everything with him. He was a very good guy.

I already referred my neighbor. He came over after he saw the work that was done and I gave him Paul's name and number. After considering multiple contractors for a series of job opportunities Jeff Shay and The Siding Doctor company not only beat the price but enhanced the project significantly for which I was extremely satisfied.

When small issues arose the project mgr was quick to resolve them.

I liked that they put everything in writing before they started. They followed through with that. They all did their job quite well.

I was satisfied with the project manager and both crews because they did great work in a timely manner. The project manager, Paul, was very patient and went out of his way to give me a quote for the paint, which I didn't receive during the sales process. It's a great value, and the Siding Doctor provides excellent service. They're very professional. It's an excellent quality product.

The workers were great. They did a good job and did anything that I asked that needed to be done. We were very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. We would recommend them to anyone that needed siding and painting. Like I said before, we were very happy with them.
